We’re located about a 3-minute walk from downtown Ischgl. The best way to reach the Silvretta Cable Car, which is 400 m away, is on skis via the snow-covered cross-country trail that starts right outside the house.
If you’d rather take the free ski bus, the stop is about 30 m away.
In the summer, you can start your hike or bike tour right from the apartment; thanks to our ideal location, you won’t need to use your car.
If you’re an avid angler, we recommend a trip to Schwarzwassersee, which is about 500 meters away. The host can provide more tips!

Upon request and for an additional fee, we’re happy to offer our bread roll delivery service.
A ski storage room with a boot dryer is also available for the safe storage of your ski gear or mountain bikes in the summer.
